Scholarship Application

General Information
Scholarship awards in past years have ranged from $1,000 to $5,000. Funds awarded in 2026 must be used for the 2026–2027 academic year. Recipients will be notified by mail.

Applications will not be reviewed unless all required materials are submitted.
Scholarship decisions are based on the completed application and the following required attachments:

Teacher/Academic Advisor Recommendation
From a teacher or academic advisor who instructed you within the past 12 months (use enclosed form).
Current or Former Employer or Community Service Recommendation
From a current or recent employer or community service organization (use enclosed form).
Transcript
From your most recent school. GPA must be calculated on a 4.0 scale. Photocopies are acceptable.

A résumé is encouraged and may be submitted in place of Questions 2–5. Please indicate which sections are addressed in your résumé.
Scholarship funds will be sent directly to the recipient’s educational institution and applied toward eligible expenses.
